Policy.

Short version: we keep what you send us in our admin inbox, we use it to answer you and schedule work, and we do not sell it, share it with marketers, or run tracking pixels against you.

§ 1What we collect

When you call us, email us, or fill out a form on this site, you give us some or all of the following:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Aircraft details: make and model, N-number, and any squawks or notes you type in
• Scheduling details: the date you pick, the hangar or mobile option you choose, and the service you need
• On the brokering form, whether you are buying or selling, plus anything you choose to tell us about an airplane for sale: year, total airframe time, engine time since overhaul, when the annual is due, avionics, paint and interior, damage history, where it sits, asking price, and your timeframe
• If you choose to tell us, how you heard about us and the name of the person or place that referred you
• If you check the optional text and marketing box on a form, a record of that choice and the wording that went with it, sent along with your message
• On work order forms, the work order number the form gives your request, so we can match it when you call

Those are the only things our forms ask for. We do not ask for, and we have no use for, government IDs, financial account numbers, social security numbers, or biometric data.

§ 2How we use it

We use what you send us to:

• Respond to your inquiry, by phone or email, the same way you contacted us
• Schedule maintenance, dispatch a mobile unit, or place you on the AOG list
• Follow up on a quote you asked for, or close the loop on a job we finished
• Only if you check the optional box on a form: text you about your request, and send you marketing by phone call, text message, or email

That is the entire scope. If something else comes up, we will tell you what we want to do with the information before we do it.

Text messages and your phone number. The mobile number you give us, and your consent to be contacted, will not be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Sending a form does not sign you up for texts or marketing. The text and marketing box on each form is optional and starts unchecked, and you can send the form without it. If you check it, we use your number and email only to reach you about Alpha Company Aviation, by phone call, text message, or email. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

§ 3What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Ever. To anyone.
• We do not share it with third-party marketers, data brokers, or "partners."
• We do not set advertising cookies or run tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, etc.).
• We do not build behavioral profiles on visitors.

Keeping this site online, counting visits, and delivering your messages takes two outside companies. The next section names them and says what each one does.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not track visitors across other websites, so there is nothing for that signal to switch off, and the site works the same either way.

§ 4Service providers

• Web3Forms delivers our form messages. When you press send, what you typed goes to Web3Forms, which emails it to us.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps it secure. Like any web host, it sees the technical details your browser sends with each visit, such as your IP address. We use its basic server logs only to look into abuse and downtime. Cloudflare also hides the email addresses on our pages from spam bots.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to this site. A small script from Cloudflare runs on each page and reports which page was opened, the site or page that linked to it, how fast the page loaded, and general details such as your country, browser, operating system, and device type (phone, tablet, or desktop). Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or your browser's local storage for this and does not fingerprint visitors. It does not track you across other websites. What we see are totals, such as page views and the most visited pages, not a record of any one visitor.

§ 5Email handling

Email you send to admin@alphacompanyaviation.com lives in our admin inbox. We keep it as long as we have a working relationship with you, and for a reasonable window after that in case you come back. If you would like us to delete an old thread, ask, and we will.

§ 6Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Send you a copy of the information we have about you
• Correct anything we have wrong
• Delete what we have

§ 7Children under 13

This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

§ 8Updates to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for a reasonable window. The current version is always at this URL.
