How to open
a work order.

A work order takes about a minute. Have these four things ready and we can quote scope and a target turnaround on the first call, whether you phone the office or type it into the form below.

  1. Have your aircraft details ready.

    Make, model, and N-number. If you're not sure of the exact model designation, the N-number is enough for us to look it up before you get here.

  2. Write down the squawks.

    Whatever you want looked at, in plain words. An oil weep, a rough mag, an annual coming due, a noise you can't place. List it all, even the small stuff you're not sure matters.

  3. Call or submit the form.

    Call (941) 375-9727 for a conversation, or fill out the work-order form below if you would rather type it out and send it over.

  4. We quote, then you drop off.

    We give you scope and a target window before you fly in. Drop off at KDED, KVNC, or KSFB, or we send a mobile unit to your field. For an AOG, skip this and call (941) 661-7865.
